Customer Services
In placing an order by post or through this site, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified and we must reserve our right to refuse to accept your offer should we consider it to be necessary, e.g. where there is doubt as to the bona fide nature of payment or if goods are out of stock and cannot be supplied within the time frame you require. We will of course inform you if there is a problem with your means of payment or if we cannot meet normal delivery times and we will then give you the option of cancelling the order or agreeing on other arrangements.
As a general rule, we will not dispatch your order until we have received confirmation of payment.
You will see the shipping charge calculated as part of your order. We try to keep these charges to a minimum but where possible we use insured services to protect your goods in transit and ensure they arrive promptly and in good condition.

Returns Policy
These terms and conditions are designed to protect both you as the customer and us as the supplier.
You have the right to return goods if you are not entirely satisfied, provided:
1. The goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt. Please note that for reasons of health and hygiene earrings for pierced ears and body jewellery is supplied in clear plastic tamper evident bags. You will be able to easily examine your purchase through the bag without removing it. If any attempt is made to open the bag we are unable to accept these items for exchange or refund unless they are found to be faulty.
2. The goods reach us in perfect condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the means of delivery is adequate, that the items are insured against loss or damage and that proof of receipt is provided. In the U.K, Royal Mail's Special Delivery service provides all these aspects but you must make sure that you choose the appropriate level of compensation with regard to the value of the goods enclosed.
Any discrepancies will result in a full or partial forfeiture of your credit. Before returning any purchase for any reason, you must e-mail sales@aurigajewellery.co.uk. We shall then issue an authorising number. The following information will be required:
Full Name and Address
Order Number
Product Name, Code and Quantity
Your reason for the return
Whether you require a replacement or credit
3. When returning the goods, you must adhere to the following policy:
o Remember, all items must be in the original packaging.
o You must include your invoice (or a photo copy of the invoice) from the original order.
o You must e-mail us with the confirmation when you have implemented the postal instructions.
Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
Please remember that we are unable to refund or exchange items, which have been damaged after you have received them.
We regret that any ring that is made especially to size cannot be returned for refund, only for resizing. Please note that revolving rings cannot be sized. Please make sure you provide your correct size. More details about ring sizes can be found here.
Ordering and Payment Methods
The simplest way of ordering is via our online catalogue using your credit card and our secure server.
You may print out your order and contact us by phone, fax or email. Please quote the product codes shown in the catalogue. Payment can then be made by credit card, debit card, or by cheque.

Don't forget to note ring size and stone choice where appropriate. Send your payment with the order and we will endeavour to dispatch your goods within 4 weeks of our receiving your order. We regret that we cannot handle foreign currencies other than through our regular credit card payment system.
